Taste of Lancaster County Dessert Buffet is a unique dessert option for you and your guests. The Buffet includes many Lancaster County originals and favorites such as mini whoopie pies (several flavors), pecan pie squares, shoo fly pie squares, Wilbur Buds (Dark and Milk Chocolate), Pellman's Cheesecakes (multiple flavors), fresh fruit and Pellman's Layer Cake. In addition, you will be able to choose from a selection of two-tiered wedding cakes from Central Manor Mart to be included in the buffet. The Dessert Buffet is the icing on the cake for a rustic barn wedding in Lancaster! Some packages have the Dessert Buffet included, but the Taste of Lancaster can be added to any package for $1,000.
Homemade Ice Cream is a another unique dessert option that reflects the tastes of a country wedding. Made with our John Deere Hit-and-Miss Ice Cream Maker, this sweet treat is sure to please. Pair it with our own homemade Hot Apple Crisp and your guests won't want to leave! Some packages include Homemade Ice Cream or the Hot Apple Crisp, but either option can be added to any package.
